First off let me say that all of Kat Von D's eyeliners are all great!! This one is my favorite though. It ( hopefully as you can see) is very fine which allows it to be very precise in application. This eyeliner is not at all watery in formula, it is just a pure black formula that is smooth and consistent. This looks in the picture above like a felt tip eyeliner but, in fact it is more like a pen. It is kinda like the brush applicator on the stila lipglazes, if you get what I mean. It is a lot finer than that brush though. And since it is a pen type eyeliner I feel comfortable with it because I use a pen or pencil everyday to write word apon word, apon word. It is longer so it ultimately gives you amazing control you make your line. I have been using this for a month and honestly the only problem I have encountered with this product is me making a stinky line because of my shaking hands in the morning! Otherwise it is pretty good quality or it's price of 18$. The other thing I wanted to mention is that it fits it's name in the since that a tattoo is permanent, and this stuff is pretty tough to get off.
